By using aSap, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must:

2. Services

aSap provides a technology platform connecting riders and independent drivers.

aSap is not a transportation provider and does not own or operate vehicles unless explicitly stated.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup information.
  • Behave respectfully.
  • Pay all applicable fares.
  • Avoid illegal activity.
  • Not damage vehicles.
  • Follow local laws.

4. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers agree to:

  • Maintain required licenses.
  • Maintain vehicle safety.
  • Follow traffic laws.
  • Provide professional service.
  • Respect passengers.

5. Pricing

Ride prices may vary due to:

  • Distance
  • Duration
  • Traffic
  • Demand
  • Tolls
  • Taxes
  • Dynamic pricing

Estimated fares are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

6. Payments

Users authorize aSap to charge their selected payment method for completed trips, cancellation fees, tolls, and other applicable charges.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation fees may apply if:

  • A driver has already been assigned.
  • The driver has arrived.
  • Excessive cancellations occur.

8. Ratings

Both riders and drivers may rate one another.

Repeated low ratings or violations may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Commit fraud.
  • Impersonate others.
  • Harass drivers or riders.
  • Damage vehicles.
  • Transport illegal items.
  • Use the app for unlawful purposes.

10. Account Suspension

aSap may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraud
  • Abuse
  • Safety concerns
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Illegal activities

11. Lost Property

aSap is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles but will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication between riders and drivers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aSap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aSap, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

The aSap name, logo, software, trademarks, and content are owned by aSap or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

15. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which aSap operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
